Performance Improvement through Learning on Sanitation (PILS)

Performance Improvement through Learning on Sanitation is a two-year project that began in October 2009. PILS assists local government and NGOs to improve rural household and school sanitation and hygiene. The project will facilitate district- and sub-county-based learning and action research in three districts of Gulu, Kitgum and Pader. The project is implemented in partnership with IRC International Water and Sanitation Resource Centre, NETWAS Uganda and CARITAS Gulu with support from the Austrian Development Agency.
The PILS project has a number of resources such as Newsletters, Documented cases and working documents.
