NETWAS participates in a training on linking IWRM and WASH

UWASNET with support from IRC and Wetlands international through the WaterShed programme organised a three day training on linking IWRM and WASH. The training which took place at Eureka Place in Ntinda started on 25th and ended  27th July 2017. The training attracted participation from the UWASNET IWRM working group, IWRM implimenting partners and the Ministry of Water and Environment represented by DWRM. The training introduced UWASNET members to concepts in IWRM, addressing governance issues in IWRM and ongoing projects utilizing IWRM concepts like WaterShed. The training also supported members develop the Terms of Reference for the IWRM working group of UWASNET.
